This works best as a gentle exercise rather than a complex task which you could perform just to burn a little extra muscle, and if you’ve got extra weights then the body will want you to be a lot more active and make a lot more progress.

To maintain or build muscle mass, you need to lose weight regularly at least once a week. However, you’ll need lots of strength so keep lifting your weights for a long time and keep trying.

If you keep losing weight, you may try to lose it at least once every three weeks.
