What is the best way to do pole dancing
The hardest thing is having to do it fast. But for a beginner, all that’s important is learning to do it fast. You’ll get a nice kick from the movement.

No. I want to improve my ability to do the job my family has asked me to do. At school, it’s pretty difficult. Most people want to do different things and my parents didn’t know about it. I want to be an expert in my technique and I don’t want to go out of my way to be one of the experts. When I was 12 I couldn’t do a little pole dancing.
What kind of training was your last
In 2006, we made five trips to the Pye Island State Recreation Area and we learned the best way to do it was to be with my wife, who was really good at it. She had the job of having me run around all day.
Do you find yourself regularly doing pole dancing
Yes, I have done it a few times. If you watch a lot of pole dancing, it’s not all about the body. I always try and do exercises that I can do and I always look at how long it takes to get the training done.
What about the physical aspect of the sport Is pole dancing really a sport How difficult is it as a person
You will find you are able to do so many different things while doing it. Because of the training I’ve put up with it, the speed goes up, and it’s really easy to do and a lot of people want more to do it. It takes just the right combination and you can do it.
You have a new training program for everyone. Will it be longer or shorter
There will be some exceptions. The one I would say is that I will go to a pole dance course every time I go to a beach or take a swim, but not much. It is easy and if I am ready I will follow the program to see if I can make any changes. There is something about learning when you’re young.
