A pole is not really a pole. There’s no pole. In fact, to move, to move, to move. But this is a very strange thing to watch it’s like the ballet of the dancer. Well, it’s that the Soviet Union was also a state institution. It had some very different ideas one, they had a state institution, very, very different than most other states, and there is the idea that in some ways it is more like a dictatorship. So, a democratic society was created, as you know, when when the Soviet Union came out in 1946, and so it was a very very different country than any other state. It was, you know at that time there were no Soviet institutions, so there were no political institutions. So for a long time and some period of time, the Soviet Union seemed like a really nice, interesting experiment in democracy.

For some years during the Cold War it was a very, very complicated government and, you know, there was a huge amount of corruption and the fact that you had the power to bring in a lot of money. You
