Health and disability insurance provides insurance coverage for a person’s health conditions in the form of a health benefit. The insurance provision includes a reduction in monthly premiums, a requirement to pay a certain amount of annual premiums and certain restrictions on the amount of a participant’s monthly limit. All participants are required to enroll in the coverage under the program based on the size of the insured individual’s income limit.
