A couple of weeks ago I was asked questions of my fellow programmers who have an application running in Apache Cordova. In their previous post, they discussed their experiences building and compiling some of their web applications. Here is my response to the question
How was your experience building your web application compared to building an other job like web hosting, email services, mailboxes, etc. What did you have to gain from building your web application when you started, rather than just building everything you needed to build that application now
This is my first use case of web application building and I’m excited to share the first steps (and the hardest of them) so people can see what I’ve learned. I know I will end up building more web applications over time and I hope to cover something about how I use the same concepts and build a better web application for them. I have no real plans for this project beyond learning about building a couple new web applications for my coworkers.
