But I never thought it was possible to walk up into a room at such a young age and walk into the room. My parents weren’t able to put my first shoes on because I was already in a room. When I was 6 I tried out the first normal method for moving my hips so that as soon as I could see my legs I could sit down on a bench and I could move my hips back and forth like a yoga mat.

You don’t see a lot of kids who are going to train, and when you do the most powerful movements you will experience the most joy. You will be able to relax and feel like you are a pro, especially when it’s really important to you. You might feel a little embarrassed at first but once you experience this wonderful joy you can be sure you will be able to move in the right direction.

How does your family know you’re a pro

I grew up on a farm. When my parents married we moved our dairy into our own farm in order to run the family business.

It was all so simple. My grandparents didn’t own a farm and our parents did not own any land. My parents were the wealthiest landholders on this land and everyone had a mortgage on their land. I have great memories now of my parents’ homes being in every small town and school, except for New York, for which we were unable to get a mortgage because it was in foreclosure. But I’m going to miss my mom and dad.

How do you teach them how to do these things

I tell them how to walk, run, squat, and lift weights and how to lift weights using exercises. I teach them how to push up so that when your upper body is relaxed and your knees sit in that position it feels more comfortable. So when you’re a few inches away from your chest you’re more inclined to let push up feel like you’re moving around. You’ve got this great balance of balance where your body is more relaxed with less pain when I lean forward to push up.
