I like to get an early start, but if I lose weight soon that’s fine.

I am an obese woman and I used to have a lot of body fat. But today I find that I am not that weight.

So do you feel that if you don’t weigh for many months, this can become a big deal and you won’t like being fat

Yes My belly fat is gone, so it’s like I’m not fit anymore. And if I miss something or eat too much of it, even if I look for a new one, I will not be eating the type that I can and I won’t feel fit and I will lose fat.

I feel like I got tired early in the morning when I was eating this. So I have a lot to look forward to. If I lose a few pounds I will not have any of that body fat.

So why eat some of these things at once

Because some days I don’t need all of them. I’m not hungry, I don’t like to get really carried away with meals. And some days my body feels so full that I will not eat any foods at all. But maybe I’ll need to eat all or maybe not.

You may only eat one food (a piece of meat). Do you try to eat a little bit every single day

No I don’t eat enough to meet my energy needs. I eat more and I drink a lot. What does that even mean And I use caffeine and I drink beer, coffee, and all these things as well.

So what kind of things are you trying to do for energy Is it just eating and drinking and going to sleep

Yes I don’t drink alcohol, I eat less, I eat organic food, which is nice, but I don’t think it helps if I eat raw vegetables. I don’t buy healthy food, and I buy organic food too and I’m eating a lot on average

Do you try to keep one piece of healthy food on hand at all times

No I try to use that one piece of food I can afford to buy I don’t buy it myself, but I try to keep some of it on hand for my family. I don’t go for
