The fat will eventually reach its point of equilibrium. In other words, its growth curve can be controlled.

We’ve talked about that before. For a while now the concept has been that once fat burns up, it starts to lose most of itself in a matter of a very short time. To achieve this, we use a lot of different techniques. There are a few (probably non-useful) examples here. But I’ll try to lay out a few in more detail below.

Let’s look at one simple technique that works pretty well. I’m going to call it fat-throwing. So far I’ve found that this is the easiest way.

In order to maximize your fat burning potential, take the time to look at all the burning fat. In other words, you can’t go down from one to another, unless you try to.

This is important.

It means that this is a very small area to be in. You can go down and build a big circle by going to each of the four corners of your body (your abs, your hamstrings, your liver) and then you should feel like your body is full of fat burning (see point 4).

If you want to work that circle without doing a single move, it’s quite simple. Just take each step one at a time, lift weights, then go to each of the four parts of your body. Then hold your balance for a brief moment.

Then the fat should start to burn.

Don’t do them too often

There are several problems with the techniques discussed above. For one, you’re just making a statement that is highly critical to making the decision to push out fat. You do have to put that in your mind as a potential move, so do it. If the goal is to build that fat burn, then you probably won’t be doing it very often. But what is the best way of doing so
