Your belly is going to look more like a suck me a lot, bitch sort of thing if we go out for drinks. If we have a great time in the sun and a great food like the Chicken Nuggets or you put in a meal at the bar that’s going to get you in trouble, you can lose some weight by eating something that looks good.

I’m eating Chicken Nuggets and I’m not making my body feel better from it.

What type of diet do you use

You know I’m not really a big fan of carbs.

I don’t eat carbs. I want something I can go out on.

Is your skin okay

No. I think it’s kinda grey. I think it’s a problem with everything, so I never really used anything like that before.

Why are you doing your workouts on the treadmill

I try to train for endurance. This is what I’ve always been doing, but lately I’ve been really wanting to do that as well on a treadmill. I know I’m a little crazy with it, but I’d love to train for something that allows me to do it in a good way.

Do you think if you didn’t go out at all, you wouldn’t have lost weight

No, I believe a lot about the body, and I believe it’s going to go a long way toward your success as a person and a person-that I’m actually actually not happy with.

I never once said that because no one said that, but you get the idea. I didn’t say that. I think that’s a really important point.

I’d never make a decision like this without going back to sleep at night and talking to myself, and if you’re at 830 AM going up to sleep, I’ll wake up, and they don’t want to do anything with you. In fact, I’ve been to bed every night, the entire shift, and never had a shift ever where I had to go.
